We offer assistance to our employees every step along the way...
The Career Assistance Program helps current Norton Healthcare employees progress along their chosen career path pursue formal, job-related education during their employment. It makes it easier to afford tuition, books, and technology fees not covered by other scholarships or grants.
The Career Assistance Program will guide you in any of these exciting health care fields:
- Registered Nurse
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Medical Lab Technician
- Medical Technologist
- Radiologic Technologist
- Pharmacist
- Respiratory Therapist
Upon approval from our Workforce Development staff, other degrees or advanced degrees are supported by the CAP.
