Get Healthy at Work
In support of Norton Healthcare's Mission, Vision and Values, we have developed a unique, customized approach to improving the health status of our community while assisting area employers in reducing overall health care costs.
With a mission of responding to the health care needs of our community, Norton Healthcare offers prevention, education and screenings in an efficient, responsible and conscientious manner.
One element to curbing health care costs is addressing and controlling various health risk factors. Get Healthy at Work is being offered to area employers to assist in this initiative by conducting worksite wellness assessments ,and presenting employee health and wellness reports to management staff for their review.
Workforce Evaluation
The information reports received by employers are a vital screening tool that can help identify health risk factors and address them before they become problematic, thereby reducing the potential for costly future health care claims. At the same time, the reports provide employers a means of customizing an employee health and wellness program to assist in improving the overall well-being of employees.
Health Information Center
Get Healthy at Work offers a wealth of educational materials for employees and has a highly skilled medical team to help conduct biometric screenings. These are services similar to what we offer our own Norton Healthcare employees.
HR Insight
HR Insight is an Internet-based tracking tool that allows employers to analyze several factors, including overall work force health, potential health claims and potential savings in medical costs.

Norton Healthcare is committed to improving the overall health of the community by starting with the health of employees.
