Welcome to Norton Healthcare!
Congratulations on your new position with Norton Healthcare. We’re happy to have you as part of our team, and we look forward to meeting you on your Onboarding Day, your first official day with us.
On Onboarding Day you’ll have the chance to learn many exciting things about Norton Healthcare. You’ll learn about Norton Healthcare’s Mission, Vision, Values and Faith Heritage. You’ll also be introduced to our “It Begins with Me” Service Basics and how our employees provide the dedicated, compassionate service noted in our promise of “Real people. Remarkable care.”
While you have a lot to learn about us, we also want to learn about you! We want to understand your gifts and talents, and how you can best contribute to our Mission, Vision, Values and goals. During Onboarding Day you’ll meet with representatives from various departments, such as Norton University. You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions of benefits and retirement specialists, and others who can explain how you can have a long and fulfilling career with Norton Healthcare.
Before you arrive …
Since your Onboarding Day is your first official day of employment, you will be asked to complete paperwork throughout the day. To jumpstart this process, please complete and save your onboarding forms, which can be done on this site. You also may want to download a copy of the onboarding schedule and a map, driving directions and parking instructions.
And, of course, if you have any questions about your first day, contact the onboarding coordinator, who is happy to help you.
Completing your payroll and benefits information …
During your first week with us, we’ll be giving you access to the Norton Healthcare computer system so you can use the Employee Self-Service program on Nsider, our intranet. This will help you complete your payroll information, set up your direct deposit and enroll in all employee benefits. Details on how to use Employee Self-Service can be found in your onboarding manual, and you can read more about your employee benefits in the Employee Benefits Guide. Specific information about how to enroll and answers to any questions you may have should be answered during your Onboarding Day.
